Sunday Snapshot: Happy Birthday Harvest Glasgow

Three years ago this Sunday Harvest Bible Chapel Glasgow launched. With 150 people in attendance it was a great Sunday in worship and the word. This Sunday we take time to celebrate all that God has done and is doing in the church. To do this we are going to take some extra time together to worship, hear from God's Word and share some of our stories. We would love for you to join us for all, or even just some, of it.

10:30am Come and join us as we lift Jesus name high in worship with one another. We have some great songs lined up for us to sing together. Why not take some time to have a listen so that you sing up and sing out with us:

Lift Up the Name- Caterer
Everlasting God- Brown
Rescuer- McClarney
Mighty to Save- Hillsong
All Glory- Fletcher

After that we are continuing in our 'Vertical' series looking at what the priorities of our church are. This series makes it another good Sunday to come and find out a bit more about us. Why not get yourself ready by reading James 4: 1-10 ahead of the service as we consider the importance of prayer together.

12:15pm Lunch on the lawn or guzzle on the grass if you think the lawn is too refined. We love eating and spending time with one another, this is the ideal opportunity to do both those things. Bring a packed lunch and a rug and join us as we eat together- we would love to get to know you better. If the weather is wet then we will move into the hall (but I can't think of anything to call that- suggestions in the comments section please).

1:15pm Story service. More worship and some stories about how God has been at work in people's lives over the past year or so. This will finish around 2:30pm we would love it if you could take the time to stick around. Again we think it is so helpful for you to be familiar with the songs that we will be singing to God and about God. Here are some we will be using in the afternoon:

Jesus Saves
Open Up the Heavens
Always
God you are My God
Holy
