Sunday Snapshot

It's been another busy week at Harvest Glasgow. We had our first ever Elder's meeting last night, thanks to all who prayed for us, know that we are praying for you. I am so looking forward to getting together with our church family this Sunday. Personally this series on Building Belief is blowing my mind and filling my heart. The opportunity to just camp for a few weeks on all that God has done and is doing or us and in us in and through Jesus is staggering. Pray for me as I prepare to preach Ephesians 2: 1-5. Every week just now I am struck by my inadequacy to fully convey the enormity of God's truth in these pages- I feel so blessed to be able to read these things let alone be able to share from the blessing they are to my heart with you. Let me encourage you to take some time to read these five verses and spend some time thinking about them before you come along on Sunday.

If you are thinking about coming along on Sunday this would be a great Sunday to come, just so much encouragement contained in so few verses. Do you need to know or be reminded that God loves you? Well t is written large over the passage of God's Word we are going to be looking at together on Sunday.

Also on Sunday we have communion as part of our service so please take time to make moves to resolve any relationships that need some mending done. We would like you to come ready to share from God's Word on Sunday some verses which speak of the salvation we receive in Jesus and which point us to the cross. If you could give that some thought it would serve us all to hear from God's Word as you read a verse of two from it to us.

Finally, as ever the worship team are working hard to srve us with the gifts God has given them. We want, as a church, to have an urgency about lifting Jesus name high in worship. So come early and ready to sing the songs below. We've posted some video which will hopefully serve o allow you to get ready to sing out in worship.
