Resources Roundup

We want to try and keep you up to date with some good resources that are doing the rounds for free/cheap (that's the criterion, we are Scottish after all right?!). So we will do a resources round up from time to time to highlight something worth getting hold of. Here are a couple of things we have seen this week.

This weekend the God's Love Bible Storybook App is available for free as both an App and also the print version. I've downloaded it and it looks like it could be a good resource for family devotions

I've been talking to a few folks about this recently but getting the Kindle App for your smartphone is always a good plan. Even if you think you wouldn't read something on your phone you can still take advantage of good book deals/free books. The benefit is that if you end up investing in a Kindle or some sort of tablet device you can transfer all the books you have ordered onto the larger device. I can see this being a way that we would be able to access good books for small group curriculum without people having to invest the earth.

One book for free this week that I have ordered is Why Holiness Matters by Tyler Brauns. It's free but please note that runs out today.
