Faithfulness is forgetting self whereas forgetfulness is fostering selfishness. Attitude of thankful service replacing attitude of thankless selfishness.
Faithfulness is not a matter of success or failure but staying and fighting for what we know, love & believe in even when we might not feel like it.
Faith in Jesus believes I get what I don’t deserve, faithfulness to Jesus causes me to live for Him the way that He deserves. My faithfulness needs my faith to ve fully in Him.
There is nothing wrong with admitting that you are weak. Admitting you are weak is not just being humble, it is being honest.
This is the work of discipleship. You take what you are learning and pass it on so someone else can be growing.
The process of growing in Godliness as a mark of spiritual faithfulness is unseen, inconvenient and unrelenting.
How often does your heart get tied up in knots by something that is far from Jesus? How often do you find yourself tripping up on stuff that stands opposed to the life you are called to in Jesus?
God has enlisted you to eternity so that you can exist for His glory every day.
Jesus perfect life offers us the promise of life. Your fractured morality is met and mended by His faithful mercy.
Service and sacrifice go hand in hand with the Gospel. No-cost Christianity is ignoring the cross Christianity.
Lasting for Jesus is accomplished by looking to Jesus.
When you think about what Jesus paid to win your salvation is this a time to be stingy with things that are of no lasting significance?
Faith is believing all that God has done for me, faithfulness is understanding what that frees me to do for Him.
The things that you fear most are dealt with by fastening your life to Jesus.
We have this lifetime to say yes or no to Jesus and an eternity living out the result of that choice.
Your walk with Jesus is not dependent upon your capacity for faith but upon Christ’s faithfulness. In the face of your failure He remains faithful.
