Sunday Snapshot- A Special Invitation

In the three years since we started meeting together as Harvest Glasgow we have had two sorts of people come and be part of our church family. The first is the person who is excited to be part of something from the very beginning, who wants to join the mission and be part of a community that will impact the city for Jesus. They are the person who is excited to be one of the few, who do the much, to serve the many.

The second is the person who is feeling a little lost, pretty broken and whose recent life and church experience has been one of disappointment. They often are people who have been away from the church for a while and are not sure how to get back and either because they hear about us or know someone who is part of our church family take the step and come along.

Both of these people are tremendously courageous and both of these people are particularly welcome in our church family. Does either of these people describe you? Whether you are looking to play your part or are looking for a port in your present storm we would love to extend a special invitation to Harvest Glasgow this Sunday.

Why this Sunday? Well, because it is the start of our new ministry year so it means that you get to come and join in from the beginning. We are starting a series in Ephesians 1-2 called 'Building Belief' which is basically going to be week after week of reasons to be thankful for Jesus, reminding ourselves of who He is and what He wants to do in a life like yours.

So whether you are looking for a way to work for Jesus, or longing for someone to look after you why not come along. Read Ephesians 1: 1-6, check out the songs below that we are going to be singing.
